All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds We do not issue refunds on any orders, including pre-orders. Once payment is processed, it is final.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@faithbysin.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
